Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Strong budgeting, ROI, and labor-tracking knowledge.
• Knowledge of BOM, MRP, and inventory control practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to educate, train, and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Inventory Department to meet goals and objectives.
• Collaborates with Purchasing & Engineering on obsolete materials, ECOs, vendors, and material issues.
• Works with Planning to resolve inventory issues, work orders, and BOM errors.
• Writes, establishes, and approves department policies & procedures.
• Suggests capital expenditures and reviews operating costs.
• Coordinates team projects and leads with strong, proven supervision.
