Job summary

Bakerly LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for its Easton, PA facility. You will lead the Inventory Control team, ensure accuracy and traceability of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, and partner with Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Finance to support uninterrupted operations.

The role emphasizes establishing controls, improving processes, and maintaining compliance with FIFO/FEFO and SQF standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory control, warehouse operations, materials management, or supply chain.
• 2+ years in supervisory or team leadership roles.
• Knowledge of GMP, SQF, FDA, and inventory compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Inventory Control team (3 direct reports).
• Own inventory accuracy, cycle counts, reconciliations, and lot traceability across the facility.
• Establish and maintain inventory policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance, write and investigate variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Audit inventory transactions and enforce transaction discipline.
