Noracfoods in Easton, PA is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the site’s inventory governance, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance for raw materials, packaging, semi-finished, and finished goods.

You will oversee inventory transactions, cycle counts, reconciliations, and lot traceability, partnering with Supply Planning, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse Ops, Quality, and Finance to support production continuity.

Qualifications

5+ years in inventory control or related field.
2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Knowledge of GMP, SQF, FDA and inventory compliance requirements.
Proficiency with ERP and WMS and inventory reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Inventory Control team (Ingredients, Materials, FG).
Establish priorities, assign workload, ensure execution of inventory control activities.
Coach, train, and manage performance; drive continuous improvement.
Own inventory accuracy, traceability, and control processes site-wide.
Maintain inventory policies and standards; ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
