SupplyHouse is seeking an Inventory Control Manager for our Farmers Branch, TX fulfillment center. This role oversees inventory control operations, drives accuracy, and leads a team to meet quarterly targets.

The position requires 2+ years in inventory management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. The role entails building efficient processes, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and maintaining a safe, high‑performing work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years inventory management experience.
• Experience managing exempt employees.
• Understanding of distribution flow, integration, and automation.
• Strong critical thinking and big‑picture forecasting.
• Continuous improvement experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong Excel/Office skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand/walk 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Inventory Control operations processes and procedures.
• Develop key performance standards and metrics to drive culture and achievement.
• Evaluate inefficiencies and propose strategies to increase throughput and reduce labor costs.
• Oversee inventory audits and quarterly target alignment.
• Standardize processes to improve inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
• Implement inventory consolidation and replenishment to optimize locations and capacity.
• Propose process improvements to FC leadership for standardization.
• Deliver monthly performance reviews and team coaching.
• Address disciplinary and personnel issues as needed.
• Lead HR Leadership meetings and promote safety culture.
