Job summary

Lippert is seeking a dedicated Inventory Team Supervisor to oversee the Inventory Team and ensure the integrity of the Perpetual Inventory Program. The role supports production and on-time customer delivery, leads 5S, Lean, and safety compliance, and partners with the Inventory Control Leader to drive continuous improvement.

You will conduct Physical Inventory, plan monthly counts, coordinate ABC classifications, and develop future leaders within the Materials Department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license desired with clean driving record.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• 1–3 years of Inventory Control experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory team and ensure 5S and Lean practices.
• Monitor WIP, error logs, and weekly inventory reports.
• Lead safety compliance and follow SOPs.
• Plan physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control Leader on metrics and improvements.
• Develop future leaders and succession planning.
