Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Rockford, IL is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Inventory to oversee inventory management in our warehouse, drive efficiency, and enforce cGMP compliance.

You will lead staff, coordinate with Planning, Production, Sales, and Purchasing, manage stock accuracy, and implement system improvements such as JDE.

This role requires 1-5 years experience, strong math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years related experience and/or training.
• College Level Mathematical Skills
• Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs.
• Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
• Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to warehouse staff and support Planning, Production, Sales, Maintenance, Engineering and Purchasing.
• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.
• Maintain harmony among warehouse staff and resolve grievances.
• Overtime and/or weekend work may be required.
• Adhere to PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies and training.
