Job summary

Group O is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Rock Island to oversee daily operations, lead a team, ensure accuracy, and maintain safety standards. This role will coordinate with other departments to support smooth material flow and meet internal and external standards.

The position requires strong leadership, and experience with WMS and inventory processes. A High School Diploma is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and 3+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience and/or training in warehouse supervision.
• 6+ months of forklift equipment experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse workers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control.
• Provide training on work instructions, equipment operation, and safety.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and audits.
• Develop strategies to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and productivity metrics.
