Job summary

Clayens US LLC in Rockford, IL is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling in a manufacturing setting. You will drive accuracy in inventory, ensure timely material delivery to production, and supervise receiving/shipping activities to minimize downtime.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehousing with 2 years in supervision, strong communication, ERP IQMS experience, and a Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) with 3–5 years warehousing experience and 2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Experience with ERP IQMS systems and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipments are completed and fulfilled according to shipping windows and schedule.
• Maintain clean, organized storage locations and proper material handling.
• Monitor cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy throughout physical and system material flow.
• Complete and monitor KPI-based performance metrics for the department.
• Oversee receiving/shipping activities, paperwork, ASN, and truck loading.
• Monitor inventory adjustments and ensure on-time material delivery to production.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and environmental management processes.
