Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Lead, Warehouse in Rockford to manage third shift operations within the Warehouse department. You will coordinate workload, direct team members, ensure accurate material handling, and uphold SOPs for inventory, receiving, and shipping.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, promoting a TEAM mindset, and training staff in forklift use and warehouse practices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required for daily tasks.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use common software.
• Professional communication and reading comprehension needed for team interactions.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize material handler workload and promote TEAM attitude between shifts, employees and depts.
• Provide direction to team members in warehouse areas: staging, shipping/receiving, transportation, and other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Accurately record movement of material manually and electronically; follow SOPs for inventory, receiving, and shipping.
• Participate in safety initiatives and 5S activities; support a safe work environment.
