DHL Supply Chain in Memphis seeks an experienced Inventory Control Manager I to lead strategy and execution for inventory control under the client service agreement. You will build senior relationships and drive continuous improvement across operations, aiming for accuracy, risk reduction and KPI attainment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in logistics, and strong communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and client interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4 years of Inventory Control experience.
• 3+ years logistics industry experience and 3+ years management experience.
• 1+ years client relationship, staff mgmt & objective setting experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and reporting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and strategy for the Inventory Control team.
• Develop and progress key customer relationships and partnerships.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in inventory control.
• Ensure inventory control KPIs are met as per the contract.
• Oversee reporting, risk mitigation and data analysis for inventory assets.
