Bacardi in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to drive accuracy and availability through cycle counts, physical inventories and FIFO management. You will lead policy implementation, ensure SOX compliance, analyze counts, publish monthly variances, and work with Warehouse Leadership to align processes with inventory objectives.

The role requires 5 years warehousing experience and a Bachelor's in Logistics or Supply Chain; proficiency in SAP and WMS, and ability to operate

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, inventory control and SOX compliance.
• 5 years’ experience in warehousing and distribution.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and implement inventory policies & procedures.
• Ensure SOX compliance of inventory documentation.
• Analyze daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Publish monthly data indicating cycle count variances.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Leadership to align processes.
• Analyze receipts/inventory issues and take corrective action.
• Distribution leader for Physical Inventory.
• Analyze product velocity and turns to update slotting/replenishment.
• Perform root-cause analysis for inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure FIFO, timely processing of returns, address misplaced inventory.
