Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate inventory handling. You will perform cycle counts, verify postings in SAP, and support goods receipt at the plant. The role emphasizes timely adjustments and loss tracking to keep inventory aligned with production.

Strong Excel and SAP skills are required, with an Associate’s degree preferred. The position involves coordinating year-end inventories and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree in Administration, Computer Science or Accounting preferred.
• Prior experience in Inventory Control; on-the-job training may substitute.
• Prior experience using an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts before and after production runs on items per SAP schedule.
• Ensure accurate postings of daily production in SAP and reconcile with inventory.
• Manage documentation for cycle counts, adjustments, and loss tracking.
• Coordinate year-end physical inventory and hold/destruction workflows.
• Prepare reports for co-pack customers and aging inventory reviews.
