Job summary

Refresco in Tampa is seeking an Inventory Control professional to manage cycle counts, SAP postings, and reconciliation of finished goods with inventory records. You will maintain documentation, monitor variances, and prepare reports for co-pack customers, while coordinating year-end inventory processes.

The role requires an associate degree in administration or accounting and experience with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• An Associate degree in Administration, Computer Science or Accounting preferred.
• Prior experience in Inventory Control.
• Prior experience using an ERP system preferably SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts before and after production runs.
• Post daily production in SAP and close process orders on time.
• Reconcile finished goods production with SAP inventory.
• Maintain and organize inventory documents (BOLs, cycles, etc.).
• Trend and monitor inventory accuracy and loss variances.
• Complete reporting for co-pack customers.
• Track aging inventory and monitor holds/logs.
• Coordinate year-end physical inventory variance reconciliation.
