Job summary

Korpack, a food-grade co-packer with two facilities, is hiring an Operations Manager who owns inventory truth end to end. You will oversee receipts, put-aways, transfers, and shipments, ensuring real-time accuracy and alignment with the system.

You’ll lead a team of 25–30 across shifts, drive SQF compliance, and partner with Production Managers to keep materials flowing and customers informed with perfect inventory visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory truth end to end: all receipts, put‑aways, transfers, WO transactions, and shipments are accurate in real time.
• Provide real-time, per-work-order inventory visibility to customers.
• Develop and mentor supervisors across shifts to own their area.
• Implement SQF inbound inspection, seal integrity, and outbound verification.
• Ensure production lines have materials and minimize delays.
