Job summary

Korpack is seeking a Materials Manager to own inventory across the facility, ensuring accuracy from receipt to shipment in real time.

In this food-grade co-packer operation, you will lead a multi-shift team of supervisors, implement process standards, and coordinate with production and quality to meet commitments.

Experience with SQF, inventory cycles, and cross-site planning is essential to drive zero-delay operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory in a food-grade environment.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to ensure real-time accuracy and compliance.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety and process standards.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory truth end-to-end across the site, day-to-day.
• Reconcile all inventory movements and system transactions in real time.
• Lead Receiving, Shipping, and Production Control functions.
• Maintain SQF inbound records, seals, and outbound verifications.
• Develop supervisors to own their shifts and ensure continuous operation.
