Job summary

Korpack seeks a Materials Manager to own inventory truth across two facilities, ensuring real-time alignment between system records and physical stock. You will oversee receipts, put-aways, transfers, and shipments, driving accuracy and accountability.

You will lead supervisors, enforce SQF inbound/outbound controls, and partner with production and quality to ensure material availability and zero ghost inventory on the floor.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory in a production environment.
• Familiarity with SQF food safety standards.
• Proven leadership of warehouse staff and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end inventory control, real-time accuracy across receipts, put-aways, transfers and shipments.
• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth operations and accountability.
