Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Inventory/Operations Assistant to maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with auditors. The role focuses on counts, data integrity, and timely order fulfillment for E-commerce and events.

You will collaborate with customer service and multiple departments to resolve discrepancies, and you will help preparing reports and handling daily office tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

• Ability to interact professionally with employees, leadership, vendors, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Lead semi-annual physical counts and continuous cycle counting procedures to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Maintain accurate product information, locations, quantities, and costs.
• Assist and coordinate with external auditors for the end-of-year audit and inventory observation procedures.
• Enforce standard operating procedures for all inventory transfers and stock adjustments.
• Manage return processing, restocks, and seasonal inventory rollovers.
• Facilitate warehouse transfers and order pulls to support daily E-commerce and Event operations.
• Collaborate with customer service to research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Fulfill specialized customer orders and provide timely shipment updates.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
