Job summary

FMH Conveyors, part of the Duravant family, designs and manufactures conveyors for distribution centers and manufacturing. The Inventory Control Manager will lead cycle counts, audits, and discrepancies, ensuring inventory integrity across warehouse and production locations while collaborating with Operations, Purchasing, Planning, Shipping, Quality, and Finance.

You will develop procedures, report KPIs, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement in material flow and inventory accuracy, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
7+ years of inventory control or related experience.
4+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred).

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting programs and physical inventory audits.
Monitor inventory transactions to ensure timely and accurate system updates.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy and material flow.
