Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of inventory operations at the FuzeRx facility. You will support daily control tasks, oversee material movement, and uphold high standards of accuracy.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, replenishment strategies, collaboration across departments, and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. This is a fast-paced role with emphasis on process improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in inventory control, materials management, warehouse operations, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles, cycle counting, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through transactions, audits, and system reviews; perform physical inventories and cycle counts to verify accuracy.
• Develop replenishment strategies to maintain stock levels; receive inventory and stock shelves per policy; remove damaged/expired items.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Operations to ensure smooth material flow and inventory integrity.
• Audit incoming/outgoing shipments for quality and compliance; maintain documentation for all transactions and data entry.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of inventory processes and workflows.
