Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory operations. You will report to the Inventory Manager, supporting daily control, movement of materials, and adherence to quality standards within the FuzeRx facility.

You will maintain records, perform audits, and collaborate across Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production, and Engineering to optimize stock levels and processes.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in inventory control, materials management, warehouse operations, or related operational roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through transactions, audits and system reviews; conduct physical inventories and cycle counts to verify accuracy.
• Develop and execute replenishment strategies to maintain stock levels; receive inventory and stock shelves per policy; monitor damaged or expired items.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production, Engineering and Operations to ensure efficient material flow.
• Audit incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and compliance; maintain documentation for all inventory transactions.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness.
