Job summary

Freudenberg USA is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy across raw materials and finished goods. You will lead cycle count programs, investigate variances, and partner with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has extensive inventory management experience, analytical problem-solving skills, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution or inventory management.
• Hands-on with cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, and inventory accuracy programs.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel for tracking and reporting.
• APICS/ASCM certification is a plus and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute cycle count programs for finished goods and raw materials.
• Maintain inventory integrity with accurate product IDs, lot tracking, and location records.
• Investigate discrepancies via system analysis, audits, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Purchasing, Production Planning, Finance, and Operations to optimize inventory levels.
• Verify, count, and weigh materials; report variances, shortages, overages, and damages.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory control and operations.
