Job summary

TESSCO Inc is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory accuracy across multiple warehouse locations in Hunt Valley, MD. The role emphasizes cycle counting, investigating discrepancies, and driving corrective actions while ensuring data integrity.

You will collaborate with warehouse operations, purchasing, and finance to maintain auditable records, generate reports, and support SOPs. This on-site position offers opportunities to streamline processes and improve inventory

Qualifications

2–4 years of inventory control experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
Experience managing multi-site inventory operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel / data analysis skills.
Experience with ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and monitor ABC cycle counting programs across all locations.
Investigate inventory variances and perform root cause analysis.
Maintain accuracy in NetSuite and RF-SMART; approve adjustments.
Produce weekly/monthly inventory reports and dashboards.
Identify and implement process improvements to warehouse inventory.
Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and finance teams.
