Job summary

Tessco LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to oversee cycle counts and maintain data integrity across multiple warehouse locations in Hunt Valley, MD. This role coordinates with warehouse operations, purchasing, and finance to ensure accurate, auditable inventory records and compliance with SOPs.

You will manage cycle count programs, investigate discrepancies, and drive CAPA actions while maintaining strong analytical oversight and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory control experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Experience managing multi-site inventory operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite, RF-SMART preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cycle count programs across all warehouse locations.
• Investigate variances and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Review and approve inventory adjustments per policy.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for accuracy and KPIs.
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and finance teams.
