Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Operation Manager in Dallas to oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations within a warehouse environment. You will coach, train, and monitor Inventory Control Coordinators while partnering with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and drive improvements in productivity and operational results.

Qualifications

Requires High School Diploma; an Associate’s degree preferred.
1-3 years warehouse inventory experience.
Minimum 6 months supervisory experience.
6 months experience with cycle counting, inventory control, FEFO/FIFO, lot and serial control.
Experience with a 3PL organization preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee weekly and monthly cycle count processes.
Ensure inventory records are accurate and complete.
Monitor performance and accuracy of Inventory Control Coordinators.
Reconcile inbound blind receivers and perform inventory audits.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and proactively create solutions to improve productivity and results.
Coach and train Inventory Control Coordinators in real time on performance, attendance, and safety.
