Job summary

Qualifications

• Reach Truck certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Warehouse management system experience required. Must be comfortable performing bin lookups, inventory reclassifications, item ledger review, and order verification within the WMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform bin accuracy checks and resolve discrepancies in real time.
• Execute daily cycle counts and recounts when required.
• Review and resolve WMS bin discrepancies and cross-brand inventory issues.
• Document root causes for inventory adjustments and discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory verification, receiving, and put-away processes.
• Communicate findings to management and escalate issues as needed.
