Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inventory management or related operational experience.

• Experience with Point of Rental or similar inventory management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using Point of Rental software and other approved tracking tools.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits; reconcile records and investigate discrepancies, shortages, and overbookings.
• Monitor inventory availability and upcoming rental demand, identifying potential shortages or conflicts well in advance of scheduled events.
• Establish and maintain inventory control procedures, item identification, labeling, documentation, and accountability standards.
• Monitor inventory adjustments and ensure corrections are appropriately documented and approved.
