Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to drive inventory accuracy at the Traverse City facility. You will lead the cycle count program, maintain the physical inventory, and collaborate with other departments to improve overall efficiencies.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in inventory control (and lead experience), a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with warehouse systems and MS Office. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in inventory control, ideally in distribution operations.
• 1+ years of lead or related experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control and accuracy for the facility.
• Maintain the physical inventory.
• Improve controls and identify issues.
• Identify and report operational issues.
• Consistently execute the cycle count program to ensure inventory and location accuracy.
• Validate the accuracy of products transferred between facilities.
• Research and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor adjustments in the warehouse management system.
• Forecast potential inventory issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiencies.
