Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct inventory control experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control and accuracy for the facility.
• Lead a team of 4 to 5 Inventory Control Associates, provide staff development and training.
• Maintain the physical inventory.
• Improve controls.
• Identify operational issues.
• Consistently execute the cycle count program to ensure inventory and location accuracy.
• Validate the accuracy of products transferred between facilities.
• Research and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor adjustments in the warehouse management system.
• Forecast potential inventory issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiencies.
