Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to manage inventory accuracy and lead cycle-count activities within the facility. You will monitor transfers between facilities and escalate discrepancies promptly.

The role requires 1+ years in inventory control and leadership, a high school diploma, and experience with warehouse equipment and WMS. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of direct inventory control experience, ideally in distribution operations.
• 1+ years of lead or related experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control and accuracy for the facility.
• Maintain the physical inventory.
• Improve controls.
• Identify and report operational issues.
• Consistently execute the cycle count program to ensure inventory and location accuracy.
• Validate the accuracy of products transferred between facilities.
• Research and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor adjustments in the warehouse management system.
• Forecast potential inventory issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiencies.
