Bob’s Discount Furniture in San Bernardino, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant Manager to lead the on-site IC team, oversee cycle counts, reporting, and audits to ensure inventory integrity across distribution centers.

You will partner with operations, HR, and leadership to hire, train, and coach staff, resolve discrepancies, and implement best practices while maintaining accurate time records and daily standups.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with teams in a warehouse or DC
• Mathematical aptitude and strong data analysis
• Experience writing and delivering performance evaluations
• Proficiency in SAP, WMS, and MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Direct and prioritize daily IC team activities including reporting and cycle counting
• Ensure all required reporting and audits are completed accurately
• Reconcile time records and support HR for hiring/training
• Lead standup meetings and communicate department/ company updates
• Investigate discrepancies and authorize inventory adjustments as needed
