Job summary

White Cap is seeking an Inventory Control professional to support the Perris, CA distribution center. You will receive products from vendors, conduct quality checks, perform audits, and maintain inventory accuracy while assisting with reports and policy adherence.

This role requires experience in cycle counting, ERP/WMS systems, advanced Excel, and the ability to train junior associates. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, and a technical certification or associate degree may be required.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas.
• 7+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, auditing, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Records all adjustments, pallet audits, store discrepancies and warehouse pulling discrepancies and reports them weekly.
• Reviews cycle counts.
• Tracks discrepancies.
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
• Receives products from vendors to check for quality.
• Train junior Inventory Control associates.
• Coordinate and develop inventory analysis process.
• Develop or assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and accurate inventory.
