Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP platforms such as SAP.
• Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP are assets.
• 3–5 years of strong technical and analytical capabilities to manage complex inventory processes across multiple distribution centers.
• Knowledge of GDP, FDA, and USDA regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory transactions across multiple 3PL Distribution Centers.
• Reconcile discrepancies between Boehringer & 3PL inventory; oversee cycle counts.
• Analyze warehouse and transportation damages; coordinate product destruction per protocols.
• Maintain inventory records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and troubleshoot interface errors.
• Generate inventory reports for decision-making and support audits.
