Job summary

Cardinal Health in Piedmont, SC is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a 12+ person warehouse team and optimize inventory flow. You will drive accuracy, scheduling, and cost-effective handling of goods to meet service goals.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, ERP experience (SAP or Manhattan), and a background in inventory control. This position is full-time and on-site, with standard daytime hours and flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 2-3 years related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience leading a team in inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages a team of 12+ inventory control warehouse associates.
• Oversees flow of goods, optimize inventory levels, and ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Maintains SOX reporting, QA events, and discrepancy resolution for inbound/outbound.
• Implements inventory control procedures and accurate inventory records.
• Schedules workforce to ensure efficient stocking, replenishment, and shipping.
