Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee the inventory control department and ensure inventory integrity across client sites. The role involves managing physical inventories, cycle counts, audits, and timely reporting to the client and operations team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in inventory control, 3+ years in supervision, and strong experience with WMS, ISO standards, and lean/six sigma concepts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years related experience.
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ industry experience.
  • Valid state issued Driver's License. Forklift Driver Certification.
  • In-depth experience using computer systems and WMS for inventory reconciliation, performance measurement and reporting.
  • Lean, Six Sigma and ISO knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage Inventory Control to ensure inventory integrity and compliance with client requirements and ISO guidelines.
  • Plan, execute and reconcile physical inventories.
  • Oversee daily cycle counts, audits and reconciliation between systems.
  • Ensure timely reporting and communication to staff and client.
  • Collaborate with management to improve inventory accuracy and WMS performance.
  • Create and update inventory SOPs and vendor compliance procedures.
