Job summary

Alamo Group Ag Americas, LLC. is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator in Selma, Alabama to support profitability, ROI, and inventory turnover.

You will manage cycle counts, monitor variances, and drive accuracy across all locations, while coordinating with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Accounting to resolve issues. The role requires strong communication, analytical abilities, and leadership of Cycle Counters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in warehouse or inventory control in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead/oversee cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage approximately $15 million of inventory and monitor cycle count variance.
• Investigate negative balances and root causes; implement corrective actions.
• Audit receiving and order pick processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Accounting on inventory issues.
• Supervise cycle counters and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist with physical inventories as required.
• Support internal and external auditors during cycle count reconciliation.
