Job summary

Sanmina is seeking a Cycle Count Supervisor to direct inventory control and cycle counting across materials. You will lead a team of material handlers, ensuring ERP alignment, accuracy, and timely reconciliations with production and warehouse partners.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, SOP updates, and Lean/Six Sigma practices to improve throughput while maintaining safety and compliance on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain related field plus relevant experience.
• 5+ years in shipping, logistics or warehousing with leadership experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory control software.
• Organized, detail-oriented and capable of mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Directs inventory control, cycle counting and reconciliation with ERP data.
• Lead a cycle counting team, drive accuracy and performance improvements.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse to prevent stockouts.
• Perform root-cause analysis and update SOPs to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure safety, quality and Lean/Six Sigma alignment in daily work.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration

High School diploma or GED with equivalent experience (5+ years)
