Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst/Coordinator to maintain accurate inventory records and support manufacturing operations in Decatur, AL. You will partner with production, procurement, and shipping to resolve inventory issues and optimize stock levels.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, data entry, reporting, and coordinating with receiving. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across teams within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and basic logistics processes.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and data entry for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Manage cycle count program and reconcile variances with system records.
• Oversee inventory organization and offsite storage to optimize space and flow.
• Review inventory data and implement controls to ensure traceability.
• Coordinate with receiving to store and identify inventory properly.
• Develop and distribute inventory reports and metrics for decision-making.
• Support safety culture and PPE practices in the inventory area.
• Collaborate with IS and manufacturing to select and maintain inventory systems.
