Job summary

Allen Control Systems (ACS) seeks an Inventory Control Process Manager to contribute daily and support growth of a rapidly expanding company. You will implement structure, enhance an ERP system, and establish processes and metrics.

Strong organizational skills and leadership capabilities are required. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, managing cycle counts, optimizing Min/Max and VMI, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role within a distribution center environment.
• Auditing, reconciling: design cycle-counting schedules, perform physical inventory counts, and resolve data discrepancies between software systems and warehouse stock.
• Process optimization: strong analytical skills with attention to detail in managing inventory levels and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Data & Systems Management: use ERP and WMS to analyze stock flow, generate performance reports, and track metrics.
• Team Leadership: train, supervise, and mentor inventory specialists or warehouse clerks to maintain high accuracy and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and logistics operations.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving and data analytics and proactive critical thinking
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
• ODDO ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy of inventory.
• Manage cycle counting process.
• Manage inventory levels for Min/Max, VMI and exception reporting.
• Control slotting process.
• Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
• Monitor demand and analyze data to anticipate future inventory/Whse needs.
• Create reports and maintain critical KPI dashboards
• Resolve transfer, adjustments, RMA, traceability issues with the Inventory team.
• Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) for all inventory issues.
• Resolve item attribute issues.
• Support audits.
