Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is hiring a Warehouse Associate for an on-site role in NW Houston, TX. You will handle order preparation, packing, labeling, and shipping, while ensuring accurate transfers between locations. The role requires organization, safety awareness, and commitment to inventory accuracy.

You will work Monday through Friday, with a focus on efficiency, quality control, and teamwork to support daily warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a warehouse associate.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and databases.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely.
• Forklift license required or able to obtain.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Perform daily transfers to multiple locations and maintain accurate records.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming stock with proper labeling.
• Conduct inventory controls to ensure audit-ready accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Report discrepancies to supervisors and managers.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely operations and safety.
• Operate warehouse equipment and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Follow all company procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
