Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking an Inventory Data Management Specialist to oversee inventory operations across its Las Vegas properties. You will manage par levels, stock control, and cost transfers, while coordinating with warehouse and finance teams to keep inventories accurate and aligned with procurement systems.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 1+ years in inventory/control or data management, with travel to all Las Vegas properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in inventory control, data management and supply management.
• Willingness to travel to all Las Vegas properties.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily inventory transactions including par level management, stock controls, and cost transfers.
• Process PO receiving and update inventory adjustments and COGS reporting.
• Maintain recipes and profiles in inventory and procurement systems with Master Data Management.
• Coordinate with property warehouse and finance teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support forecasting and centralized purchases for Las Vegas properties.
• Assist COE, property operations and FSSC with inventory reporting requests.
