Job summary

Saputo Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Lead to audit pallets, manage inventory and lead warehouse activities in a fast-paced setting. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, reporting, and coordinating cross-functional tasks within the warehouse.

Starting wage is $30.05 per hour plus shift differential; 2+ years in a lead warehouse role and SAP/WMS proficiency are desired. Wisconsin-based facility with emphasis on safety, GMPs, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2-year degree preferred in supply chain or inventory management.
• Two years in a lead warehouse role in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center.
• Strong computer skills with word processing, spreadsheets; SAP a plus.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret customer orders and inventory reports to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to generate reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; highly organized and efficient.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Audit pallets for accuracy and stability; report variances.
• Confirm physical inventory quantity and location; report discrepancies.
• Oversee inventory control tasks and resolve discrepancies from exception codes.
• Perform monthly cycle counts and reconcile inventory.
• Manage customer returns; investigate shortages, overages, or damages.
• Lead warehouse team activities: coordinate, assign, follow-up.
• Investigate product shortages and ensure order fill rates.
• Create Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) between warehouse locations.
• Provide scheduling support to backfill vacancies.
• Complete SAP transactions and required documentation.
