Job summary

WOW Logistics in Wisconsin Rapids seeks a Warehouse Lead to coordinate daily DC operations and lead hourly staff on a Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday shift from 7:00am to 5:30pm. The role is safety-sensitive and includes direct task assignment and performance feedback.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign hourly employees' daily tasks.
• Provide feedback to supervision about employee performance.
• Assist training of new or less experienced workers.
• Ensure timely and accurate inbound receipts, cycle counts, and outbound shipping.
• Report damage to racks and equipment to management.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist office personnel with checks, inventory, BOLs, calendar, and other duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
