Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with sales to verify invoices.
2. Coordinate with all DCs and the purchasing department to adjust product pricing and handle returned products.
3. Collaborate with the Accounts Payable department to ensure timely invoice payments.
4. Manage contracts with outside storage vendors related to pricing and storage needs.
5. Balance daily reports and monitor monthly inventory in storage units.
6. Account for all incoming products to outside storage locations and transfers between locations.
7. Search inventory records or warehouses to verify if material quantities are sufficient.
8. Supervise the inventory control team.
9. Report and analyze cycle count data.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and experience are acceptable.
• 1-2 years of inventory control experience required, preferably in the food distribution industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
