Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 2 or 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in St. Augustine, FL.

Essential Functions:

  • Supports and assists activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process.

  • Provides technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Manufacturing and Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations.

  • Responsible for the manual movement, shipping and receiving of materials.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations and diverse assignments.

  • Loads, unloads, and conveys materials and parts to multiple work sites.

  • Opens containers using hand tools; counts and weighs materials and records information.

  • Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks and machines by hand.

  • Conveys materials using hand truck, forklift, or other devices; stacks or assembles materials.

  • Delivers kits and chemicals and verifies quantities and part numbers.

  • Wraps and packs kits to send to on and offsite locations.

Basic Qualifications (Level 2):

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma /GED and 2 years of additional education and/or related experience in warehousing, supply chain, logistics, shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control.

  • Must have and maintain a Valid Driver's License.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and a Program Special Access.

  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 25 pounds.

Basic Qualifications (Level 3):

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma /GED and 4 years of additional education and/or related experience in warehousing, supply chain, logistics, shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control.

  • Must have and maintain a Valid Driver's License.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and a Program Special Access.

  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in receiving and goods movement operations.

  • Experience working in a warehouse environment.

  • Proficient in SAP and MES.

  • Knowledge of JIT hardware processes.

  • Experience working with barcode readers and VLM’s.

Salary Range: $39,500 - $65,900

Salary Range 2: $47,000 - $78,300

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
