Job summary

Harvard Integrations LP is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain ERP accuracy and ensure timely material transactions. This role supports the Warehouse Supervisor, verifies receipts within 24 hours, and assists with cycle counts and physical inventory.

You will coordinate with buyers on non-conforming materials, generate BOMs for jobs, and correct discrepancies in inventory records while maintaining attention to detail and strong math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Flexibility to work under production pressure.
• Strong organizational and numerical skills.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Enter all material receipts into the ERP system within 24 hours of receipt.
• Coordinate status of non-conforming material with buyers.
• Initiate kitting by printing BOMs for each job.
• Monitor materials issued and ensure entries are made within 24 hours.
• Audit material locations and assist with physical inventory.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies in inventory levels.
• Process problem invoices after correction from purchasing.
