Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Goods Receipt Specialist to work at our client in the semiconductor industry in Austin, Texas. The role supports daily GR operations, resolves discrepancies, and relies on ERP systems and strong cross-functional communication.

The position also assists with inventory accuracy initiatives, audits, and acts as secondary support to manufacturing by inspecting, tracking, and issuing spare parts and raw materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and cross-functional collaboration.
• Root cause analysis and discrepancy resolution experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Associate degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day manual goods receipt transactions.
• Identify, investigate, and elevate goods receipt discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control and EQP MM Leadership to resolve discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control and manufacturing regarding discrepancies and material returns.
• Assist with spare parts and raw material inventory audits and training needs.
• Support timely delivery of materials and provide customer service to Spare Parts Room customers.
