Job summary

Kelly Digital Services seeks an Inventory Materials Specialist to support warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory tracking, and shipments for a telecom client. You will prepare equipment orders for installation projects, coordinate with carriers, and resolve discrepancies in SAP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year warehouse experience with data entry in a warehouse management system.
• Experience with receiving, order fulfillment, inventory management, and returns processing.
• Able to operate a forklift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with SAP balances.
• Load/unload materials; verify shipments against bills of lading and packing lists.
• Inspect equipment; confirm manufacturer info, part numbers, quantities, and serial numbers.
• Pick materials for requisitions and complete SAP transactions.
• Verify, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; handle shipping docs.
• Process parcel shipments via UPS WorldShip; coordinate LTL shipments.
• Coordinate delivery schedules; track shipments; resolve issues.
• Receive RMAs and route materials using SAP; update stock status.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and data issues with teams.
• Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call for after-hours requests.
