Job summary

Kelly Services in Taylor, TX is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to support day-to-day operations, analyze inventory data, and help maintain accuracy across spare parts, raw materials and Infra inventories at a leading semiconductor facility. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience in inventory management with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory management.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training new and existing employees in inventory control procedures.
• Assist with coordinating and executing special, semi-annual, and annual inventory audits.
• Identify and report slow- and non-moving parts.
• Assist with vendor audits.
• Assist with spare parts, raw materials, and Infra cycle inventories.
• Assist with raw materials inventory audits.
• Generate reports from inventory systems.
• Assist with investigating inventory discrepancies and report findings to the operations team.
• Assist with investigating inventory procedure errors, including goods-issue, goods-receipt, and failed transactions.
• Assist with inventory adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with the development, refinement, and validation of procedures.
• Help maintain the discrepancy log and support investigations.
• Execute return processes for spare parts and raw materials.
• Coordinate off-site warehousing requests for spare parts and raw materials.
• Support research and inventory analysis across spare parts and raw materials.
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
