Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel, pivot tables and formulas.
• Legible handwriting to record information and forms.
• Ability to perform math with fractions, decimals and percentages.
• Capable of meeting deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Verify inbound material and proper distribution of paperwork; track on-hand quantities.
• Communicate project information via spreadsheets, documents, and email.
• Confirm quantities in GNC systems and report daily to customers.
• Enter month-end balances into MIRS.
• Enter daily production quantities into MIRS.
• Package material into master cases and prepare for shipment.
• Perform UPS and FedEx functions and utilize vendor services.
• Monitor quarantined lots and release when reworked.
• Reorder Kanban quantities and report month-end balances to logistics manager.
• Collaborate with account coordinators, customers, and other departments.
• Assist fulfillment supervisors in scheduling temporary staff for receiving/storage.
• Maintain regular attendance.
