Job summary

BJs Wholesale Club is seeking a team member to support Asset Protection and inventory control processes. The role involves operating a forklift, processing damaged or defective merchandise, and coordinating vendor returns to ensure accurate counts and a smooth member experience.

Deliver service with speed and accuracy, maintain safety standards, and participate in count processes across departments as needed. The position requires 18+ years of age and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Maintains high standards of safety, service, and sanitation for members and team members.
• Obtains return authorizations from vendors and processes vendor returns.
• Tracks, plans, coordinates and executes department inventory counts as prescribed.
• Maintains correct stock and inventory status for damaged, defective, and returned merchandise.
• Performs daily club safety walks and supports inventory control processes.
